the difference is the paper used on the inside.

There's no difference in price or images. It's just your preference.
You can choose:
Super smooth, super white paper, very thick (160 grm) & silky. For people who want to look at the pages and keep it crisp. You could color them if you want to, but only with markers and not with pencils.
or
Grainy, cream colored paper, super thick (160grm) recycled, organic ,biotop. Perfect for almost any utensil!
